RECIPE FOR STEAMED FISH WITH GINGER
Ingredients:
1 whole fish ( I chose tilapia)
2 tablespoons julienned ginger
1/4 cup regular cooking oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 spring onions
cilantro sprigs
1) Make two diagonal cuts of the thickest part of the fish, both sides. Top with ginger.
2) Place in steamer and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until done.
