The view from the nearby cliffs is superb.
The beach is located at the southwestern tip of the Palos Verdes peninsula, near where Hawthorne Blvd. intersects Palos Verdes Drive.

Your photos of the coast line are spectacular, Ebie. I love the views along the Pacific Coast Highway when my husband and I were there. Around each bend in the road was a breathtaking view.

It is hard to choose between the actual beach and cliffs… I would probably chose the cliffs unless the beach was secluded and included beautiful dunes and sea grasses. This is raw and lovely.
