Sky Watch Friday: And the Twilight is Gone

the sky draws its curtain
the red rounded slowly sinking to slumber
and the twilight is gone
At mid Wednesday afternoon, the skies facing west from the office window was calling my name. So after work, I hopped on the Big Blue Bus to Santa Monica Pier in time to watch the sunset at 4:45 pm.

Oh, Ebie, these are gorgeous photos. The second one showing the end of the pier and that beautiful sky is my favorite. What a beautiful sunset.

Your sky is beautiful. Isn’t it sad that sunset comes so early this time of the year. Only to get worse. I can’t even get home from work in daylight anymore. Thanks for sharing.
