Ang tema ngayon sa LP ay hudyat (signal, sign).
Noong nakaraang Sabado, sumali ako sa paglalakad ng isang grupo sa lungsod ng Rancho Palos Verdes, sa Abalone Cove Shoreline Park, harapan ang Pacific Ocean. Ang sadya namin ay puntahan ang tabing dagat para makita ang mga ibat-ibang likha sa dagat.
Bago magumpisa, ipinaliwanag ng gabay na huwag daw naming galawain ang kanilang mga “tahanan”.
Para sa kaligtasan ng mga tao, mayroong babala at hudyat.
Matarik at malalim, kaya nilagyan ng bakod.
Nakarating din kami sa baba.
Halina’t sumali, sa Litratong Pinoy dito!!
Last Saturday, I joined a hiking group from Rancho Palos Verdes at the Abalone Cove Shoreline Park, which is facing the Pacific Ocean. The purpose of this hike was to go down to the bottom of the cove and observe the many different sea creatures in the tidepools. Before we started this docent-led tour, we were not to disturbe their natural habitat. The walk was steep and deep and the whole adventure lasted for two hours.

i love tidepooling too Ebie, it always is wonderful to see sea creatures in their natural habitat. love your pictures, especially the last one which shows how engaged are people with observing the ocean’s tide pool.
