Tidy tips are wildflowers native to southern California. This annual, is a member of the aster family spring wildflower blooms.

It has bright, daisy like flowers with a strong, golden-yellow colors. Each petal is tipped with white, hence it is called “tidy tips”.

Tidy tips is found throughout California’s low-elevation dry habitats, from the coast to the low foothills and desert edges, and into Nevada.
