Lake Shrine, located in the Pacific Palisades, on Sunset and PCH, is a place to spend as long as you need to escape the traffic congestion and stresses of city life. Serene, peaceful and quiet where you can also read or meditate.
The Krishna Waterfall
Above the waterfall is a figure of Krishna, the Hindu manifestation of God. Shown is a typical depiction of Krishna as a young man playing a bansuri, an Indian bamboo flute.
The plaque quotes a verse from the Bhagavad Gita, a Hindu scripture in which Krishna offers philosophical insights.
