Dante’s view at 5500 feet above sea level, you can see the central part of Death Valley.
This morning the three campers Mimi, Jenn and me, rode up to view sunrise. It was mighty cold with strong gust of wind blowing like 35 mph (hahaha exagerating).
The moon setting was a little bit slow, still high at 7:30am.

I can’t imagine tent camping in January even at Death Valley. But it’s such a gorgeous and diverse park it might be worth it. Nice shot from Dante’s. Hope you many more to share.
