Ang unang letra sa bulan sa Mayo, mao ang letrang M. Ubayubay unta ang kong ikasalmot, pero mao ni akong gipili kay layhan man ko muluto ug layhan sad kong mukaon.
Ang Mamon ug Mantikilya
Lami ni siya kung pahiran ug mantikilya ug abibudburan ug asukal. Samot ug paresan ug mainit nga kape, kumpleto na ang imong merienda.
Ang iyang hulmahan gikan pa kini sa dakbayan sa Dumaguete, akong yutang natawhan. Kinahanghan pahiran ug daghang mantikilya ug harina paraber e horno para dili mutapot ang mamon sa hulmahan.
The first letter of the month of May (Mayo) is the letter M. I have a lot of entries for M but I decided to present this because I love to cook and eat. Mamon is a Filipino sponge cake. I love to spread butter on mine and sprinkle with a little bit of sugar, sip a cup of coffee, that completes my snack.
The mold came from Dumaguete City, my birth place. Before baking, make sure you grease and flour the mold, so the cake won’t stick to the mold. It is not non-stick.
