Barnsdall Art Park,  sits atop Olive Hill near the intersection of Hollywood and Vermont, overlooking the City of  Los Angeles.   It was donated by Aline Barnsdall to the the City of Los Angeles in 1927.  In her donation, it included its Frank Lloyd Wright designed structures including the famous Hollyhock House.  Her  intention was to maintain an active arts center available for the community.

The Junior Arts Center was constructed in 1967 through the joint  efforts of the City of Los Angeles and Junior League.  It provides and supports quality art programs for  children and enrich the community through the celebration of art.

The Arts in the Santa Clarita Valley is not just a weekend festival but it is all year long. Art in public places not only add personality to the community, it also develops creative expression, and promotes participation of the residents, students and other artists.
